We purchased our ranch with the help of Byron Grant, owner/ broker of South County Realty. Before, during and after the purchase he was incredibly helpful and generous with his time and expertise.
Byron spent a lot of time educating us on the local climate and agricultural conditions. He guided us through the many aspects of the initial development: wells, lot lines, surveys. He is well known in the area and introduced us to some of our neighbors. And he is also a rancher and equestrian and could advise us on local farming and horse related issues.
Part of being “green’ is doing things in the most efficient, cost effective manner. Saving and utilizing the resources already available. Byron really helped in that department! He shared his knowledge of locally respected trades people and companies. He even helped us with the heavy equipment needed during demolition and clean up.
Byron has continued to help as we go into the developing/building phase with his contacts in the county.
